As someone rightly said, each and every living being have
equally right to live on earth. As we all are living being so some of us named
as Human and others as animal, but different in nature, skills, behave, life
style, habits. Sometime human can be more dangerous than animal and animal
could be more lovable than a human.
So, here I want to throw some light on wildlife in India.
When we read or hear this word “WILDLIFE” we start
connecting with big animals like Lion, Tigers, Leopards, elephant, rhinoceros...Here
I can tell you what this word meant actually...word wildlife not only include animal but also Places, food, river or
whatever where animal lives, for
examples, Sanctuaries , Forest, Rivers, National Park, etc.
You know India contains approximately 92 wildlife national
parks, 13 Bio reserves and 480 wildlife sanctuaries. Here in this country, you
may also find those species which are rare to find in any other part of the
world.
It may be a dangerous or scary to imagine about wildlife...but
it is really a beautiful sight when you see the colorful birds, deer, leopards,
elephant..They look so kind and beautiful until you don’t disturb them.
Many of us have this question in mind that why we save
Tigers despite of the fact that this specie is so dangerous in nature or other
animals like Elephant, Lions, and Leopards OR What is the benefits of wildlife conversation.
So here is my answer for all these questions...
Conservation means preservation,
protection and scientific utilization of natural resources so that they remain
suitable for all organisms including humans
Wildlife needs to be conserved for

Maintains ecological balance & the
organisms have their unique positions in food chains, food webs which keep
ecological balance. Wild life contributes to the maintenance of material cycles
such as carbon and nitrogen cycles. For improvement and progress in
agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries the genes from wild life preserved
as gene bank are utilized in breeding programs. Wild life provides a number of
useful products like food, medicine, honey, lac, wax, resin, etc. Colorful birds, insects, beautiful flowers,
trees make environment beautiful.
Nature watch
and excursions to natural forests and sanctuaries are thrilling experiences.
Man has destroyed natural habitats by converting them into agricultural fields and building industries and houses on them. Trees have been felled causing deforestation leading to pollution of atmospheric gases and soil erosion
